16 Days of Activism against Gender-based Violence Service

As part of the “Praying Around the Diocese” initiative by our Faith and Policy Unit, our Social Policy representative, Louise Barham, arranged for a service to be held at St James Church, Pyle, on Tuesday, 28th November 2017 to mark the Mothers’ Union 16 Days of Activism against Gender-based Violence. The service was led by Reverend Dr Duncan Walker. Although only fifteen MU members were able to come to the service, all felt it was worthwhile and plans are afoot to make this an annual event to mark this important campaign.

The offering through the plate money will be donated to the Harvest Appeal
